India, Feb. 3 -- Eco Hotels and Resorts Limited has announced its first Greenfield project in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, marking a key step in the company's rapid expansion strategy just two years after its initial deal.
The upcoming property in Dombivli will operate under the company's flagship premium mid-range brand, "The Eco," catering to both business and leisure travellers. The hotel is expected to open within the next 24 months.
The development will feature 65–70 rooms, a 5,000 sq ft banquet hall for corporate and social events, the brand's signature restaurant Sahar, rooftop dining at GG's, and a vibrant dining and entertainment space, Kick in the Brick.
