India, Jan. 30 -- Cottonseed oil cake futures declined on Friday, with prices easing by Rs 9 to Rs 3,451 per quintal, as traders pared positions amid soft demand and weak cues from the spot market.

On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX), cottonseed oil cake contracts for February delivery fell Rs 9, or 0.26%, to trade at Rs 3,451 per quintal, with an open interest of 47,830 lots.

Market analysts attributed the decline to profit-taking and reduced buying interest at current levels, as subdued market sentiment continued to weigh on prices.
