India, Jan. 21 -- Coriander futures moved higher on Wednesday, with prices increasing by Rs 86 to Rs 11,970 per quintal, supported by higher demand and increased positions by speculators, tracking a firm trend in the spot market.

On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX), April delivery coriander contracts gained Rs 86, or 0.72 per cent, to trade at Rs 11,970 per quintal, with volumes of 14,510 lots.

The contract had closed at Rs 11,884 per quintal in the previous session.
