India, April 13 -- Coforge has received all statutory and regulatory approvals across multiple jurisdictions for its acquisition of Encora, clearing the way for completion of the deal.
The company had earlier announced the acquisition on December 26, 2025, with the aim of building a $2.5 billion AI-led technology services firm, anchored by a $2 billion core in data, AI-driven engineering, and cloud services.
Integration efforts are progressing as per schedule, with the integration management office actively tracking all functional workstreams. The company highlighted strong leadership retention, with all key executives agreeing to continue.
