India, March 17 -- Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Limited has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement on March 16, 2026, to acquire 100% equity stake in Kintech Solarbikaner Private Limited from Kintech Synergy Private Limited and Kintech Solarbikaner Private Limited.
The acquisition, valued at an enterprise value of Rs 38.06 crore, will be carried out through cash consideration and is expected to be completed by March 31, 2026.
Kintech Solarbikaner operates in the renewable energy generation sector and was incorporated on May 31, 2023. The company reported no turnover in FY24 and FY25 and had a net worth of Rs -82,690 as of FY25.
