India, Feb. 9 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.18 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 3.05 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 61.31 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 1.71 per cent at Rs 166.88 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 169.78 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 0.14 per cent to Rs 153.76 crore from Rs 153.55 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 84.62 per cent at Rs 0.02 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.13 crore).
