India, Jan. 30 -- Real estate developer Brigade Enterprises Ltd on Friday announced the acquisition of a 2.25-acre land parcel in Secunderabad for the development of a residential project.
In a regulatory filing, the company said it has signed an agreement to acquire the prime land parcel, from which it expects to generate around ?650 crore in revenue. The company did not disclose the cost of the land acquisition.
The purchase strengthens Brigade Enterprises' residential presence in the Hyderabad market, which continues to witness steady housing demand.
