India, Feb. 11 -- Bharti Airtel has introduced an AI-powered Fraud Alert solution aimed at protecting customers from bank frauds caused by One-Time Password (OTP) leakages. The new feature delivers real-time protection against the growing threat of OTP-related scams, where fraudsters manipulate users into sharing banking transaction codes.
Scammers often exploit the urgency surrounding routine services such as deliveries to trick customers into disclosing sensitive banking OTPs, putting their savings at risk.
