India, April 23 -- Aluminium prices edged higher on Thursday, rising 0.01% to Rs 371.50 per kg as traders added fresh positions amid a firm trend in the spot market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange of India, May delivery contracts gained 5 paise in a turnover of 240 lots.
Analysts said renewed buying interest and steady demand from consuming industries supported prices in futures trade.
