India, Feb. 5 -- Aluminium prices declined in futures trade on Thursday as traders reduced positions amid a subdued trend in the spot market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange of India, aluminium contracts for March delivery fell Rs 3.60, or 1.15%, to Rs 309.65 per kg, with a business turnover of 78 lots.
Analysts said easing demand from consuming industries and position trimming by participants weighed on prices, keeping the metal under pressure.
