India, March 12 -- Aarti Industries Limited (AIL), a leading global manufacturer of specialty chemicals, has signed a multi-year supply agreement with a major global agrochemical innovator for supplying a key agrochemical intermediate used in crop protection products.
Under the agreement, the existing annual engagement between the companies will transition into a structured supply contract running until March 31, 2030, with a notable increase in supply volumes. The deal is expected to generate around USD 150 million in revenue for Aarti Industries over the contract period, providing improved revenue visibility over the medium to long term.
