Pakistan, Jan. 22 -- U.S. President Donald Trump officially announced the Gaza Board of Peace at a signing ceremony in Davos, Switzerland, on Wednesday. Pakistan's Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, along with leaders from several other countries, signed the agreement. The board aims to promote peace, dialogue, and development projects in Gaza and the wider region.

Speaking at the event, Trump thanked all participating nations for joining the initiative. He said the board will work closely with the United Nations and other international partners to implement humanitarian and reconstruction efforts in Gaza.
