Sri Lanka, Feb. 12 -- Several students were injured following a clash between two groups of students at the Faculty of Agriculture of Sabaragamuwa University.

The clash, reportedly took place when some third year students came to the cafeteria around 10 pm and turned off the power, while a group of second year students were having dinner, which resulted in an altercation between the two groups. Then the third year students attacked the second year students with sticks.

Three male students and a female student were admitted to the Balangoda Base Hospital with injuries. Samanalaweva Police are investigating the incident.
