Sri Lanka, Sept. 24 -- The Cabinet of Ministers on Monday (22) decided to call for Expressions of Interest (EOI) from both local and foreign investors to re-establish the Caustic Soda/Chlorine manufacturing factory at Paranthan, Cabinet Spokesman, Health and Mass Media Minister Dr. Nalinda Jayatissa said.
He noted that the factory will be established as a public-private partnership, creating 95 direct employment opportunities and 2,000 indirect job opportunities.
