Srilanka, May 9 -- Minister of Women and Child Affairs Saroja Savithri Paulraj said that the parents of Kotahena school girl has not made a formal complaint as yet despite requests to do so.
She told parliament that she even asked the child's parents to meet her with a petition but they have not done it either.
"Justice cannot be served through social media", she said.
The Minister said this in response to a question raised by SJB MP Mano Ganesan yesterday.
