Mumbai, Jan. 10 -- Zensar Technologies has allotted 22,381 equity shares under ESOP on 09 January 2026. Consequently, the issued and subscribed share capital of the company stands increased to Rs. 454,860,806 divided into 227,430,403 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
