Mumbai, Feb. 11 -- Nifty Realty index closed down 3.07% at 863 today. The index has lost 10.00% over last one month. Among the constituents, Oberoi Realty Ltd dropped 5.73%, Sobha Ltd shed 5.26% and Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd slipped 5.06%. The Nifty Realty index has increased 2.00% over last one year compared to the 6.73% spike in benchmark Nifty 50 index. In other indices, Nifty Media index has slid 2.85% and Nifty PSE index has dropped 2.67% on the day. In broad markets, the Nifty 50 has dropped 1.32% to close at 23071.8 while the SENSEX has slid 1.32% to close at 76293.6 today.
