Chennai, Dec. 3 -- Actor Kathir was last seen on screen in Thalapathy Vijay's Bigil that had featured Nayanthara as the female lead. Directed by Atlee, the film also starred Jackie Shroff, Vivekh, Yogi Babu, Indhuja, Reba Monica John amongst others in prominent roles.

The actor is currently gearing up for the release of his upcoming film, Jada that is all set to hit the big screens on December 6th. With just three days to go for the release, the makers are making it a point to add more flavour.

The upcoming sports drama, Jada is written and directed by Kumaran on his directorial debut. The film features debutante Roshini in the lead apart from Kathir, while Yogi Babu and Kishore will be seen playing a supporting role.
