Dhaka, Jan. 21 -- A clash has broken out between leaders and activists of the Anti-discrimination Student Movement at the central office of the organisation in Dhaka's Banglamotor, leaving at least seven people injured.

Md Faruk, the inspector in charge of the Dhaka Medical College Hospital Police Camp, said seven injured individuals, including a female student, were admitted to the emergency department in the aftermath of the violence.

Two groups got into a fight at the organisation's central office over the beating of an activist in Dhaka's Demra the previous day.

The members of the organisation from Demra have accused them of assault.
