United Kingdom, April 24 -- Nikki Glaser has admitted she was "mean" to Benny Blanco at the Golden Globe awards.

The 40-year-old comic hosted the ceremony in January and she couldn't resist poking fun at the producer and his relationship with Selena Gomez - who was nominated for awards for her work on 'Emilia Perez' and 'Only Murders in the Building' - but she knows the gag wasn't particularly kind.

At the ceremony, she said during her opening monologue: "Selena Gomez is here with Benny Blanco, her new fiance, and Benny Blanco is here because of the genie who granted him that wish."
