United Kingdom, Feb. 5 -- Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, has teamed up with Billie Eilish to organise a surprise package for a young fan who lost her favourite t-shirt in the devastating California wildfires.

The 43-year-old former actress and her husband Prince Harry have been assisting with relief efforts in Los Angeles and she told how she met a teenager and her mom as they surveyed the remains of their home in Altadena, and, upon hearing how upset the girl was to discover her concert souvenir had been destroyed, was determined to do what she could to help.
