India, May 28 -- The Volkswagen Golf GTI is set to make a comeback in the Indian market, with the brand confirming a second batch of units for the country. Following a strong response to the initial allotment, Volkswagen will reopen bookings for the hot hatchback by the end of the year. The company recently announced the price of the fully-loaded single-variant Golf GTI at Rs 53 lakh (ex-showroom).
