NEW SOUTH WALES COURTS ISSUES JUDGEMENT FOR SECRETARY, NEW SOUTH WALES DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITIES AND JUSTICE V/S JENNIFER, ET AL. CASE

Australia, March 26 -- New South Wales Land and Environment Court issued text of the following judgement on Feb. 26:

1. The Secretary, New South Wales Department of Communities and Justice ("the Secretary"), anticipates that in due course he will make an application under the Adoption Act 2000 (NSW) ("the Act") in relation to two children, who I will call "John" (not his real name), now aged 14 years, and "William" (not his real name), now aged 11 years, in favour of "Albert" (not his real name) and "Megan" (not her real name).

2. John and William have lived continuously with Albert and Megan since 2011 and 2013 respectively.
