By this appeal Mr Adams, the appellant, seeks access to the unredacted version of a COPS report concerning the attendance by the NSW police at an internet cafe in Sydney on 27 June 2023 in response to a report by Mr Adams concerning a security camera he had discovered inside the male bathroom at the premises (an Internet cafe, as appears from the Tribunal's decision). A redacted version of the COPS report was released to Mr Adams in October 2023 following an access application by him for the report pursuant to the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (NSW) (GIPA Act).
