Australia, April 19 -- New South Wales Land and Environment Court issued text of the following judgement on March 18:
1. The dispute before me is about costs. The following is a short background to the relevant litigation.
2. The dispute arises from the construction by the second defendant of a residential complex (the complex) in the Sydney suburb of Strathfield South. There are 18 units in the complex which was completed in September 2016.
3. The plaintiff is the owners corporation which has responsibility for the maintenance of the common property in the complex. The developer was Lahood Projects Pty Ltd (Lahood) which is the predecessor in title to the plaintiff.
