Australia, May 4 -- New South Wales Land and Environment Court issued text of the following judgement on April 3:
1. The plaintiff is the owners' corporation for Strata Plan 91174, being the residential portion of a mixed-use development at 18 Throsby Street in Wickham, which is a suburb of Newcastle (the Development). The first defendant, RPF Building Pty Limited, is the builder contracted for the Development. The second defendant, RPF Throsby Pty Limited, is the developer.
2. The plaintiff commenced these proceedings in the District Court in 2017 claiming damages for allegedly defective building works.
