1. Rachel Quilty (the Applicant) complains that officers of the Commissioner of Police, NSW Police Force (the Respondent) discriminated against her on the grounds of her sex, when providing her with their services, contrary to ss 23, 24 and 33 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 (the Act).
2. There are a number of interrelated occasions on which this sex discrimination is claimed to have occurred, taking place between 17 May 2023 and 14 August 2023.
