On 6 October 2023, Paul Gearin (the Applicant) made application to the Tribunal for administrative review (application for review) of the extent and severity of the penalty imposed in the Notice of Decision (Decision) dated 14 September 2023 by a delegate of the Secretary of the Department of Customer Service (the Respondent).
2. In the Decision, the Respondent made decisions to cancel the Applicant's Certificate of Registration Number BDC0132 (Certificate of Registration) as a registered certifier and to disqualify him from being registered for a period of six years.
