Australia, April 26 -- New South Wales Land and Environment Court issued text of the following judgement on March 25:
1. The First Applicant is Lincoln Wilson who held a supervisor certificate under the Home Building Act 1989 (NSW) (the Act). The Second Applicant is Wilson Group (WG) Pty Ltd who was licensed as a contractor also pursuant to the Act (the Company) (Collectively, the Applicants).
2. On 11 December 2024, the Respondent made decisions to take disciplinary action against the Applicants' licences including, but not limited to, cancellation of the supervisor certificate and contractor licence (the Decisions).
