1. By notice of motion filed in court on 24 January 2025, Incline Hire Pty Limited (the applicant) seeks orders to prevent the Commissioner of State Revenue from (a) taking "any recovery action" in relation to a notice of assessment issued on 16 October 2024, pending the outcome of the process of objection and review, and (b) staying the effect of certain notices issued by the defendant pursuant to s 46 of the Taxation Administration Act 1996 (NSW) in relation to the applicant.
