Preface
1. On 7th November 2024 we published to the parties in draft form our decision in this application concerning whether we should affirm the decision of the Respondent (the Council of the Law Society of New South Wales) that the Applicant had engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct. We decided that the Respondent's decision in that respect should be affirmed. That decision is now incorporated in paragraphs 2 to 84 of this decision.
