1. On 10 March 2025, the applicant filed an application for relief from victimisation. At the time of filing the application, the applicant was unrepresented. The matter came before me on 20 March 2025 for conciliation. On that day, Mr Harsh Kumar Thakur, a solicitor, appeared by AVL for the applicant.
2. Much of the time spent on 20 March 2025 was used to better understand the applicant's claim.
