Sambhal, March 23 -- In a relief to Samajwadi Party member of Parliament, Zia-ur-Rahman Barq, the investigation to determine the legality of the MP's house has been paused till April 5, Sub-Divisional Magistrate Vandana Mishra said on Sunday.

The pause comes as the Sambhal MP submitted an application to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate's court, and asked for the inquiry to be stopped until the appeal has been disposed of.
