Shimla, Dec. 10 -- The Tibetan community in the north Indian hill town of Shimla on Wednesday gathered to commemorate the 36th anniversary of the Nobel Peace Prize conferred upon the 14th Dalai Lama, coinciding with the global observance of World Human Rights Day.
