Bhopal, March 8 -- Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan extended greetings to women on the occasion of International Women's Day on Saturday and planted saplings with 'Lakhpati Didi' and women from Self Help Groups (SHGs) in Madhya Pradesh's capital Bhopal on the occasion.
