Ujjain, July 11 -- Goa Minister Vishwajit Rane on Friday offered prayers at the renowned Mahakaleshwar Temple in Madhya Pradesh's Ujjain on the first day of the holy month Sawan.

Speaking to ANI, Rane expressed his faith and devotion, saying, "...Today is the first day of the Sawan month and I prayed for the well-being of everyone. May our nation continue to develop...I am feeling very good after offering prayers at the temple..."

On this occasion, devotees flocked to the Ujjain's Mahakaleshwar temple to offer prayers.

To mark the occasion,' Rudrabhishek' and 'aarti' was performed at the temple. The visuals show milk, curd, and honey are being offered to Lord Shiva during the 'Rudrabhishek', followed by the Vedic chants by the priests....
