New Delhi, Jan. 1 -- The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) on Wednesday released its Year-End Review for 2025, terming the year a decisive phase in India's internal security journey under Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision of a Safe, Secure and Viksit Bharat. Guided by Union Home Minister and Minister of Cooperation Amit Shah, the ministry reported significant gains across counter-terrorism, Left-Wing Extremism (LWE), cyber security, criminal justice reforms, border management and disaster response.
