New Delhi, Nov. 7 -- The Department of Consumer Affairs, Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution, Government of India, on Friday organised a "Chintan Shivir on Amendment in the Consumer Protection Act, 2019" at Manak Bhawan, New Delhi. The deliberations focused on reviewing legislative and procedural reforms to strengthen the consumer protection framework and ensure speedy and effective redressal of consumer grievances.
