Patna, July 6 -- Bihar Governor Arif Mohammed Khan visited the residence of businessman Gopal Khemka, who was shot dead from point-blank range outside his home in Patna on Friday night.
Speaking to reporters after meeting the bereaved family on Saturday, the Governor said, "The law and order agencies will be made more proactive. I believe that process has already begun."
Bihar Police has formed a Special Investigation Team (SIT) to investigate the murder case.
Earlier, Governor Khan expressed hope that strict action would be taken under the law.
