Bangkok, April 4 -- Bhutan Prime Minister Tshering Tobgay has said that he considers Prime Minister Narendra Modi as his mentor and elder brother who has done much for the ties between two countries.

In an exclusive interview with ANI, Tobgay said that PM Modi has been "extremely kind to him." He also talked about the support offered by the Indian government and PM Modi in Bhutan's 13th five-year plan.

On being asked how the ties between two nations have evolved under PM Modi, Tobgay said, "Where do I begin? I mean he has done so much for our relations, and this is no easy task because you must remember that. Bhutan enjoys excellent relations with India historically, and then through all the decades of our friendship and our partnership...
