New Delhi, March 19 -- Defence Secretary Rajesh Kumar Singh on Wednesday said that ASEAN is committed to promote a 'Whole of Government and Whole of society' approach to counter radicalisation and violent extremism to disrupt terror financing networks.

At the inaugural session of the 14th EWG Counter Terrorism meeting of ADMM Plus in New Delhi, the Defence Secretary said that India had been an active participant in all ASEAN-led mechanisms.
