Lucknow, Feb. 16 -- Congress MP Pramod Tiwari on Sunday said that there should be an investigation on why was an announcement was made for a change in platforms at the at the New Delhi railway station, which led to the stampede situation on the night of February 15

Speaking to ANI, Tiwari said "Why was the announcement of changing the platform made during the MahaKumbh, who is responsible for this? When the crowd had increased, why was it not stopped on both sides of the bridge. This is a matter of investigation..."

Tiwari also said that the Prime Minister Narendra Modi government had changed the Maha Kumbh into a 'Maha loot'.
