New Delhi, Feb. 24 -- Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA Amanatullah Khan on Monday called out the BJP for failing to deliver on their promise to provide Rs 2500 to women by their first cabinet meeting.

Khan emphasised that the AAP is simply reminding the BJP of their unfulfilled commitment, rather than trying to score political points.

"They (BJP) promised to give Rs 2500 (to women) by their first cabinet meeting. They did not fulfil that promise. We are just reminding them of their promise...We just want them (the government) to work for the people. The way we worked for the people, they should also do the work..."
