Nagpur, Jan. 11 -- All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) chief Asaduddin Owaisi on Sunday launched a sharp attack on Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma, saying there was a "tubelight" inside the head of the BJP leader and accused him of not understanding the Constitution.

His remark came after Sarma responded to Owaisi's "hijab-clad woman as PM" statement, which he had given a day earlier, saying that even though it is constitutionally possible, India, being a Hindu nation, will see a Hindu person becoming the Prime Minister of the country.
