Kinnaur, June 27 -- Union Minister Kiren Rijiju on Friday visited Kalpa in Himachal Pradesh and expressed gratitude for the warm reception accorded to him by the people and monks of Kinnaur.

He also added that the true spirit of Himachal Pradesh lies in its smiles and blessings.
