New Delhi, Aug. 14 -- Union Minister Rajiv Ranjan (Lalan) Singh on Thursday took a jab at the Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha and Congress MP Rahul Gandhi's allegations on the EC, saying the Congress wants non-Indian to vote, and also added that the common people of Bihar are happy with the Special Intensive Revision in Bihar.
Union Minister Rajiv Ranjan (Lalan) Singh, while talking to ANI, said, "... The opposition wants even those who are not citizens of the country to vote... They want the democracy of this country to run on fraud... No one in Bihar criticised SIR. The common people are happy with it..."
