New Delhi, Jan. 29 -- AIMIM MP and party's chief Asaduddin Owaisi hit out at Aam Aadmi Party, saying that the latter's leaders go to jail and come out as if "they had gone to their in-laws," referencing the investigation into the national capital's now scrapped excise policy.

Owaisi mentioned multiple AAP leaders such as Sateyndra Jain, Manish Sisodia, Arvind Kejriwal and another MLA for getting bail in the investigations for the excise policy. He compared it to how AIMIM candidate Shifa Ur Rahman had not yet gotten "justice," unlike the AAP leaders.
