New Delhi, Jan. 11 -- BJP National Spokesperson Shehzad Poonawalla responded to All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) chief Asaduddin Owaisi's statement that one day a hijab-clad daughter will become India's Prime Minister, saying that Owaisi should first make a woman wearing a hijab or burqa the national president of his party.

The BJP National Spokesperson further stated that a party with "Muslimeen" in its party name has no right to preach secularism to others.
