Ahmedabad, April 9 -- Congress leader Mumtaz Patel has lashed out at Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP Kangana Ranaut over her "bhediya" remark, saying that she speaks "without thinking" and has "shoot out of mouth syndrome".

"Kangana always speaks without thinking. She has shoot out of mouth syndrome. Let her speak whatever she wants, this shows what kind of parliamentarians BJP has," Patel told ANI.

Ranaut earlier attacked the Congress government in Himachal Pradesh, alleging that the state was in bad condition and needed to be rid of the grip of "bhediyas" (wolves). Taking a dig at the BJP MP, Patel asked whether Kangana thinks Himachal is part of the country.
