Jammu, July 19 -- Jammu and Kashmir Governor Manoj Sinha on Friday reiterated that blood and water cannot go along and the stop in the Indus Water Treaty with Pakistan would affect its economy in times to come.

Speaking at the release of a book, "Indus Water Treaty - Mirroring the Facts", written by Sant Kumar Sharma, the LG also paid his respects to those who were killed in the Pahalgam attack.
